How we handle your information

Last updated: 17 October 2026. In short: we only use what you send us to reply and to do your work, and we never sell it.

Who we are

The Water Arabic Desk is run by Taqiyeddine Benlahcene, a freelance hydraulic engineer based in Algeria, who writes Arabic and French technical content for makers of pumps, irrigation and water treatment equipment. You can reach us at hello@taqiview.com.

What we collect

• What you choose to email us: your name, email address, company, website or product links, and any text or files you share for the work.
• Invoice details if you become a client, such as your company name and billing address.

This website has no contact form, no sign‑up, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your message and prepare your free datasheet sample.
• To deliver the monthly work and send invoices if you become a client.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists.

Services we use

• Google (Gmail) stores our email.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
• We use AI writing tools to draft Arabic text. We only share the documents needed for the work, never payment details.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and project files while we work together, and invoices for as long as tax rules require. Ask us at any time and we'll delete what we don't legally need to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Just email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
